Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced medicare recertification survey and complaint investigation completed April 4, 2023, UPMC Home Healthcare was found to be in compliance with the requirement of 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies - Emergency Preparedness. The survey was conducted at the parent and Hermitage locations.
